Tabitha Blankenbiller is a graduate of the Pacific University MFA program and lives outside of Portland, Oregon. Her work has been published widely in journals including The Rumpus, Electric Lit, Barrelhouse, Hobart, and Brevity. Her debut essay collection Eats of Eden: A Year of Food and Fiction is forthcoming from Alternating Current Press in Fall 2017.
